We have a very experienced company and commercial department and therefore offer a significant depth of expertise. On the corporate front we regularly act on a range of corporate transactions including business and assets sales and acquisitions, the incorporation of companies, the drafting of shareholders’ agreements, the setting up of joint ventures, management buyouts and various corporate finance transactions.
On the commercial side, we have extensive experience in negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements including agency, distribution and franchise agreements, software and other IT related agreements as well as advising on international trade law, consumer law, data protection and other issues which arise in the commercial business context.
