Neeta Mehta

Neeta Mehta – Partner

Neeta joined the firm 13 years ago having initially trained with Tanner & Taylor to qualify as a Solicitor in 1993. Neeta became a partner in 1996. Neeta handles all private client work and her areas of expertise include cohabitation issues, wills and probate and Court of Protection work. Neeta also maintains a network of relationships with Accountants and Taxation Practitioners to ensure a full and in depth service to her clients.

Christine Baigent

Christine Baigent

Christine qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1995 and worked for Metcalfe & Co for 16 years prior to that practice merging with Tanner & Taylor in 2004. She is located at Farnham office.

Christine has extensive experience in preparing Wills for estates of varying sizes and complexity. She can advise on the use of appropriate Trust structures and Estate Planning. Additionally she has solid Probate experience and is able to facilitate the winding up of estates in a cost effective and professional manner. Christine is also able to advise on the use of a Lasting Power of Attorney and advise on all cases in the Court of Protection. She is also appointed as a Professional Deputy.

Nicki Weston

Nikki Weston

Nikki graduated from Swansea University with an LLB (Hons) Law Degree and completed the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University. She then joined Tanner & Taylor in 2004 as a trainee and qualified as a solicitor in September 2006.

She has undertaken seats in Family, Conveyancing, Wills & Probate, Company & Commercial and Employment, but now specialises in Family Law.

Nikki deals with all aspects of Family Law including divorce, financial issues and children matters including be able to offer a discounted rate for those families on a low income. Nikki also prepares Wills and deals with Probate matters.
