Clive Barker – Partner
Farnham Office
Clive joined the firm as a trainee in 1962, qualified in 1968 and became a partner in 1970.
Having been with the firm for more than 40 years, Clive now deals exclusively with Family Law and Residential Conveyancing, having specialised in those areas for the last 20 years. Clive is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and is also a qualified Family Law Mediator.

Neeta Mehta – Partner
Farnborough Office
A partner of the firm since 1996, Neeta continues to head the Farnborough office and Family and Probate Departments. Neeta joined the firm 13 years ago having initially trained with Tanner & Taylor to qualify as a Solicitor in 1993.
Neeta handles all private client work specialising in Family Law. Neeta has particular expertise in divorce matters concentrating upon high value financial disputes including pension aspects and businesses. Other areas of expertise include cohabitation issues, wills and probate and Court of Protection work.
Neeta also maintains a network of relationships with Accountants and Taxation Practitioners to ensure a full and in depth service to her clients. Neeta is committed to providing a high level of client care.
Neeta was appointed as an Advanced Member of the Law Society Family Law Panel in June 2002. Out of 3085 Family Law Panel Members only 501 are currently Advanced Members of the Panel (as at 6th January 2005).
Additionally, Neeta is a member of the Resolution First for Family Law (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association).
Neeta is also keen to promote links with the local community and has in the past participated as a member of the Management Committee of the Farnborough and Aldershot Citizens Advice Bureau.
Since being a Partner Neeta has performed a key role in the management and development of the Practice.

Suzanne Barrett
Farnham office
Suzanne specialises in family law including matrimonial, separation and cohabitation issues with particular emphasis upon private and public law children matters and is a member of Resolution. Suzanne also undertakes will and probate matters.
Suzanne previously worked as a senior social worker in a community a mental health team.

Lynn Sutton
Farnborough Office
Lynn obtained an Honours Law degree from Sussex University followed by a Masters in Law from Southampton University. Lynn qualified as a Solicitor in September 1998. She subsequently worked in private practices in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire and then Twickenham, Middlesex before joining Tanner & Taylor at the Farnborough office in July 2004.
Lynn specialises in Family Law, in particular private and public law children matters and cohabitation law and in Civil Litigation, in particular Housing Law. She is a member of Resolution, the Association of Women Solicitors, Reunite (child abduction) and the British Association for Adoption and Fostering.

Patricia Thacker
Aldershot Office
Pat has worked in law for 35 years – the last 26 at Tanner & Taylor. She qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1991. She specialises in Family Law including divorce, financial settlements, Separation and Cohabitation Agreements/disputes, Children’s Residence and Contact matters and Domestic violence. Pat deals with both private and public funded matters.

Christine Baigent
Farnham Office
Christine qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1995 and worked for Metcalfe & Co for 16 years prior to that practice merging with Tanner & Taylor in 2004. She is located at Farnham office.
She specialises in family matters including divorce, ancillary relief and children issues and undertakes both legal aid and privately funded work. She also prepares wills.

Nikki Weston
Farnborough Office
Nikki graduated from Swansea University with an LLB (Hons) Law Degree and completed the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University. She then joined Tanner & Taylor in 2004 as a trainee and qualified as a solicitor in September 2006.
She has undertaken seats in Family, Conveyancing, Wills & Probate, Company & Commercial and Employment, but now specialises in Family Law.
Nikki deals with all aspects of Family Law including divorce, financial issues and children matters including be able to offer a discounted rate for those families on a low income. Nikki also prepares Wills and deals with Probate matters.
